ASA Fitness
ASA Fitness is a new addition to the Allen Sports Association. We are excited to offer a great opportunity for kids ages 7 to 14 who would like to improve their strength, mobility and endurance. It is a great program for kids looking to keep fit during the off-season for football, basketball, baseball and more. Or, it's a great way for kids to get started on building their fitness ability before they venture in to organized or indvidual sports. Regardless of fitness level there will be an improvement in the fitness level between the first and last session.
Our instructor, Troy Daugherty, has over 20 years of fitness experience ~ as a certified personal trainer, a certified group fitness instructor, as well as 15 years of Army leadership experience to his credit. We know how to get results from every workout as well as motivational techniques to help kids reach their goals.

PROGRAM INFORMATION:
Spring 2009 Registration
January 6 - February 3
Who: Kids age 7-14 who want to improve their strength, mobility, and endurance
What: ASA Fitness is a kid’s group fitness program focused on developing speed, power, agility, reaction, and quickness. The program incorporates general resistance training as well as cardiovascular activities into challenging fast paced fitness training sessions.
When: Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm.
Classes will begin February 4 and run through March 15

Cost: $100.00 per athlete
