Online Registration Instructions
If you have participated in any ASA sport previously, please use the returning option on the "registration" link to the left of the page in blue.
When you click below to register you will be taken to the Sportspilot registration site. Once you have completed the registration process you will have the option to request a receipt be emailed to you. Please request the registration receipt for your records. On the confirmation page you will also see the user name and password for the child you have registered. Please print this page for your records. You will need the username and password to log in to your child's registration account and update your personal information, check which team your child was placed on and email other players & coaches on the team. If you lose your username and password you must request it to be resent to you at www.sportspilot.com. Each player/child has their own unique username and password.
PLEASE NOTE - All registration payments must be made at the time of registration online. You can no longer register online and select to pay in person at a later date. If you prefer to pay in person with a check or money order you will need to fill out a registration form (under "forms" button in blue to the left of the page)and bring it or mail it to the ASA office prior to the registration deadline. All registration payments are due by close of business on the last day of regular/open registration. The ASA office only accepts checks, money orders or credit cards (Visa/Mastercard Only) for registration payments. No cash will be accepted!

REFUND POLICY
The Allen Sports Association will issue a refund minus a $30 administrative fee any time PRIOR to the close of REGULAR registration for any program. Once REGULAR registration has ended no refund request will be accepted. To receive a refund prior to the close of REGULAR registration we must receive a refund request form prior to the close of REGULAR registration. All information on the form must be complete to ensure a proper refund. Refund request forms can be faxed, mailed or dropped off at the ASA office.
