ASA Basketball offers 3 seasons. The primary season is the Winter season. It is for boys and girls in grades K-12th grade.
The Spring season is a No Practice Season.
Leagues are broken down by division based on the skill of the players & team. Coaches of pre-formed teams must choose division when registering.
Division I - Teams and players who are more experienced.
Division II - Teams and players that are developing.
There are no refunds for cancelled games due to weather or other issues beyond the control of the league.
The purpose of Pre-draft workouts is to change the way "draft" teams are formed.
Teams will no longer be formed by school/location. We are looking to form more competitively balanced teams in each grade 2nd-Middle School.
Draft Players will attend a skills workout for 1 hour on a weeknight, similar to a practice. (Dates posted below)
Players will be evaluated and given a rating.
Teams will be formed with a balance of ability on the roster.
All players will get assigned to a roster by the League Director.
