• Registration for ALL Grades, except MS – July 1^st – August 26^{th** EXTENDED DUE TO TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY WITH 3rd Party Software}
• Registration for Middle School ONLY – July 1^st – August 30^th
• Late Registration on as-needed basis and ONLY if space available
• Financial Aid Deadline – August 2^nd
• Pre-Formed Team Rosters due by – August 16^th  
• Team Individual Registrations due by – August 16^th
• Competitive Skills Evaluation (4^th, 5^th, 6^th Competitive play ONLY) – JULY 16^th AND 30^th @ Lovejoy HS AUX Gym
• Practices Begin – September 13^th  
• Games Begin – Saturday, September 25th  
• Season Tournament – November 12-13^th (Fri, Sat)

REGISTRATION FEES

Included in these fees are:

Quality Uniform Jersey (see sizing chart at RIGHT)

1 hour of Practice time per week - Recreational Teams

2 hours of Practice per week - Competitive Teams

8 Regular season games on Saturdays

Placement trophies (for teams placing 1st-3rd)

Participation item for every player

PLUS End-of-Season Double Elimination Tournament

Tournament trophies for placing teams

 *All 4^th/5^th/6^th Grade Competitive, Middle and High School league players are charged an additional $10 (total fee of $140) due to the additional practice hour every week.

**Competitive Skills Evaluation
Any player wanting to register to play within a competitive league that is not part of a coaches pre-formed team roster will have to participate in a skills evaluation being held in July (for dates, times & location, see link at RIGHT titled “Competitive Skills Evaluations"). This will insure that players in the individual draft pool will have the necessary skills to play in the competitive league. All Evaluations will be “closed” to the public. All individuals with the necessary skills will be assigned to a competitive team that does not have a completed roster. Players in 4^th, 5^th, 6^th grade who are registering for the Recreational Divisions do not have to have prior play experience.

• Any player new to ASA must provide proof of age. This includes a copy of a government issued birth certificate or passport with date of birth printed on it. Proof of age can be faxed, dropped off or mailed to the ASA office.
• Player Jerseys are included in the Registration fee. A size chart is located at the "uniform" link above. Please review the sizes and indicate the player's size on the registration form. Jerseys will be ordered based on the jersey size selected by the parent at the time of registration.
• Late Registrations will be taken on a space available basis only. If you miss the registration deadline, please notify ASA Volleyball at volleyball@allensports.org, of your interest in playing. Please include name, phone number, grade, division and previous team or player experience. You will be placed on a waitlist and will be contacted if a team has an opening.

*Boys who have played in leagues other than ASA and/or play at a select or club level may be asked to play at a higher level than grade level. ASA Boards review is required to determine the best division for competitive play.

*Players can only register to play on ONE volleyball team per season

*Players cannot play below the grade level they are enrolled at
