As you make your summer plans, ASA has two exciting promotions in partnership with Hydrous Wakeboard Park that will help our members stay cool as they learn how to wakeboard.

 

On Thursday, May 31st, Hydrous is closing the entire park for 3 hours for an ASA End of School Year Splash Day.  The cost to learn to wakeboard that day is $22 with some of the proceeds benefiting ASA.  That price includes a pass, rental equipment and pizza at Hydrous' new restaurant, Shredders.

 

If you are making summer camp plans, we have another special promotion with Hydrous.  Their weekday camps start at $200 and run all summer - (detailed information about their camps is on Hydrous' website www.hydrouswakeparks.com).

What is Summer Sandlot?

Summer Sandlot was a program created in 2010 as opportunity for kids to continue to stay active during the Summer months by playing the great game of softball. The program has now grown three times in size and has become a great outlet for meeting new friends, playing new positions on the field or trying a new sport for the very first time. Here are a few other things about the program.

  • Every Tuesday night for 5 weeks, mid-July to early-August.
  • Teams are randomly selected every week.
  • All players hit off of a pitching machine and everybody bats every inning.
  • Defensive positions rotate every inning. Play where you want!
  • No scoreboards, no umpires & very little coaching.
  • All participants get a FREE T-Shirt!

Space WILL be limited so once registration opens up, do not hesitate. We would hate for someone to miss out on this fun and exciting opportunity to play the Greatest Show on Dirt!
