Copy of original birth certificate required if new to ASA. Birth Certificates can be dropped off at the ASA office or faxed to (972) 727-9760

Players MUST be born by 4/30/04 in order to begin playing t-ball. They can not "play up" to the t-ball league. After reaching t-ball age players may play up a maximum of one (1) year from their date of birth. Players may NOT play down.

Late Registration will be open if space is available. If the league is full, there will be no late registration.

Fall 2008 Season:

The fall season will consist of 8 games per league.

No scores or standings will be kept.

No trophies will be distributed. All players will receive a participation t-shirt.

Games are players at Allen Station Baseball Park (5U-10U), Twin Creeks Baseball Park (8U & 12U) and Celebration Park Baseball Fields (13U & Above).

City League Team Formation:

5U T-Ball through 12 - Returning Spring 2008 players may opt to return to their team. New and re-drafting players will be placed by draft at the discretion of the league director. Request may be made in the "notes" section of the registration form. However, there are no guarantees requests will be honored for any age group.

13U-15U & 16U-18U High School - Returning Spring 2008 players may opt to return to their team. Coaches must turn in a roster with their Fall 2008 players listed on it. Rosters must be turned in to the league director and to Sports Specialist Tim Rogers at Tim.Rogers@allensports.org

Trophies & Awards:

There are no trophies in the Fall.

Uniforms:

Uniforms are NOT included with registration. Uniforms are decided by the head coach and team the player is placed on.

Parents are responsible for the following items:

- Jersey

- Baseball hat

- Cleats (if necessary)

- Glove

- Batting helmet

- Bat & batting gloves

- Baseball pants (if necessary)

- Socks and belt

City League Player Registration

New Players	Returning Players
New players are players who have not participated in any ASA sports.	Returning players are players who have previously participated in an ASA sport.

All registrations must be completed online.

City League Coach Registration

All Coaches should register online. If you do not register as a coach we will not know if you will be coaching and you will not be able to access your team roster. Coaches must register during the dates provided for player registration. Once you have registered as a coach you will be contacted if further information is necessary.

New Coaches	Returning Coaches
New coaches are coaches who have not coaches in any ASA sports.	Returning coaches are coaches who have previously coached in an ASA sport.
