What is the policy on refunds?
ASA does not offer refunds after regular registration has closed. If a refund is requested before regular registration closes, the player will be eligible for a full refund less the posted office fee. As of November 2007, the office fee is $30.

Why can’t I get a refund if registration has closed but the season has not started?
Registration fees are determined by figuring out how much it costs for each team to participate in the league. That cost is then divided by the number of players on the team. Added to that, are individual expenses, like uniforms or insurance. Because we are a non-profit and do not receive any tax-payer funding, we are unable to take a loss and cover it with other profits.
