What are the ASA office’s hours?
ASA is open between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are not open on weekends.
Where is the ASA office located?
The ASA office is located at 313 S. Jupiter, Suite 110. This is about a tenth of a mile south of Main Street on the East side of Jupiter, directly across from the Victoria Gardens Nursing Home. We are in the Jupiter Office Park complex.
Why is it difficult to contact the office by phone?
The ASA office handles over 12,000 registrations a year, plus thousands of volunteers that must be trained and have background checks completed. This is done with an office staff that, at its largest, is five people. Often times reaching someone by phone will take longer than an e-mail.
What is the policy on refunds?
ASA does not offer refunds after regular registration has closed. If a refund is requested regular registration closes, the player will be eligible for a full refund less the posted office fee. As of November 2007, the office fee is $30.
Why can’t I get a refund if registration has closed but the season has not started?
Registration fees are determined by figuring out how much it costs for each team to participate in the league. That cost is then divided by the number of players on the team. Added to that, are individual expenses, like uniforms or insurance. Because we are a non-profit and do not receive any tax-payer funding, we are unable to take a loss and cover it with other profits.
