How do I register?
All registrations are online. To register, go to www.allensports.org, select the sport for which you plan to register, click “Register Online,” follow the links to the appropriate division or league (please note, player eligibility is listed next to each league), complete the registration information, select your payment method, complete the registration by clicking on “Complete This Registration.”
A registration receipt will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you listed on the registration regardless of payment method. If you do not receive the e-mail confirmation, please check your junk mail or SPAM folder. Please make sure that allensports.org is listed as an approved sender if you use an e-mail filter.
Registration is not complete until payment has been received. Your registration date is the date that payment is received, and you must pay by the close of registration.
Any new player must submit a copy of their birth certificate to the ASA office before the end of registration.
What do I do about a uniform?
Each sport has a different uniform requirement. Please see the individual webpage (www.allensports.org) for the sport you plan to play.
Most of ASA’s sports do not provide uniforms for players.
When will I find out what team I’m on?
You will be able to view your roster online at www.sportspilot.com by logging in with you User Name and password once team formation (player draft) has been completed. Please see the sport’s individual webpage for information on draft dates.
When are practices?
You will be contacted by your coach about practices and when they are held. You cannot sign up to be placed on a team that practices on a specific day because practice times are at the discretion of the coach and are not known prior to team formation.
What is the game schedule?
We cannot make a game schedule until we have formed teams. Once the schedule has been made, it will be posted on the individual sport’s webpage. Please note, you cannot view the schedule before registering since we will not have teams formed at that time.
Can I play with my friend?
Some sports allow you to request placement with a friend. The rules can be specific to certain age groups.
Due to the number of factors that are taken into consideration when forming teams, there are no guarantees that any requests can or will be honored.
Can I pick my team?
Some sports allow you to return to your previous team, but most do not allow you to pick your team.

What does my registration fee cover?
Typically, registration fees cover your basic costs for fields, officials, administrative costs, insurance, and transaction costs.

What if I have no experience?
The majority of ASA’s sports are recreational and include players with a wide range of talent and experience. Everyone is welcome to play regardless of experience.
What equipment will I need?
Please check the individual sport’s webpage prior to registering to see if any additional equipment is needed above and beyond the cost of registration.
Coaches should inform you of any additional equipment you may need to purchase after you have been placed on a team.
Can I start playing even if I am not old enough?
No. All players must meet the minimum age requirements to participate in ASA programs.
