| When does practice begin? |
Official practice begins May 5. Practices are held from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm on Mondays through Thursdays at the Allen High School Track. |

Running shoes, running spikes, water bottles, sweatsuit/jogging suit. Uniforms are $65, and are included in the $170 registration fee. Uniforms are mandatory. |
