ASA Cheerleading

ASA Cheerleading is a recreational program that provides participants with a basic foundation of the fundamentals of cheerleading. The purpose of this program is to encourage the highest ideals of sportsmanship while providing cheer squads for the ASA Fall Football teams. This cheer program strongly emphasizes the child first, and the fundamentals of the sport second.

Cheerleading showcases these fundamental skills by participating in sideline cheer at games and an end of season Cheer Showcase. We aim to provide a positive and fun learning environment that gives all participants the opportunity to learn the skills necessary to be successful.

 

Fall 2017: We will be cheering for football teams who play games in Allen and in Plano. Most games are on Saturdays, however some games may be played on Monday or Wednesday nights during the season.

The Board Needs You!   The Volunteer Board is made up of volunteers, just like you. We have Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Parents that make up the Board and we're looking for a few more interested volunteers to help out. Volunteer Board Members participate in monthly board meetings, communicate often through email and take part in occasional topic specific meetings, all with the intent of continuing to grow the program.
