Fall Football

ASA Football strives to be the best youth football organization possible by keeping the interests of the children first and maintaining strong values which include sportsmanship, teamwork, responsibility, and commitment. Our purpose is to teach the game of football to children of this community and to provide an environment that will promote safety and fundamentals over winning. Players are encouraged to become teammates, and to win and lose with dignity. We encourage our coaches, parents and players to take pride in their team and our organization and to remember they represent the ASA Football to the community.  

It is the goal of the ASA football board to constantly work on improving our league to provide a positive and constructive environment to learn the game of football and to give each player an opportunity to have fun while being part of an ASA Football team.

 We offer two football seasons each year. In the Spring we offer Flag for kids in kindergarten and 1st grade. For 2nd grade through high school players we offer a a  Touch football program. These program are open to all players at all levels of abilities from beginner to experienced.

In the Fall we offer Flag for kids in kindergarten through 3rd grade and a Tackle Football program for kids in 2nd grade through 6th grade. We partner with Rockwall, Heath, Wylie and Little Elm Football leagues for tackle footballl making ASA the PREMIER Recreational Football League in North Texas. 

Fall 2022 Updates

We are excited to continue our partnership with the Rockwall, Heath, Wylie & Little Elm youth tackle football leagues for the fall 2022 season. This partnership makes ASA football one of the premier recreational youth tackle football leagues in Texas! 

All ASA tackle football teams will play games in Allen, Heath, Rockwall, and Wylie. All teams are guaranteed 50% of their games at their home stadium. All Saturday tackle games are played in turf football stadiums.Weeknight bye games are played on 100-yard grass football fields.  

All ASA Flag Football games are played in Allen only. Flag leagues are available for Kindergarten through 3rd grade players!

*Not all teams will advance to the Super Bowl.

**Games are played primarily on Saturdays but games are also played on weeknight evenings when needed - primarily Monday and Wednesday nights. In the case of weather make-ups games may also be played on alternate weeknights and Sunday.

There will be no refunds for games that are cancelled, regardless of the reason. 

A 3% credit card preocessing fee is added to each registration at checkout.

The Board Needs You!   The Volunteer Board is made up of volunteers. We have Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Parents that make up the Board and we're looking for a few more interested volunteers to help out. Volunteer Board Members participate in monthly board meetings, communicate often through email and take part in occasional topic specific meetings, all with the intent of continuing to grow the program.

If you are interested in finding out more about the Volunteer Board or feel that you can help make a difference in the program, please don't hesitate to reach out to one of the existing Board members to discuss further. Changes and growth happen because of the efforts by our many volunteers.  Please help join us in our continual effort to make ASA The Place Where Kids Come To Play.
